Abstract: This research examines the complex relationship between social media usage patterns and psychological well-being among adolescents aged 13-18. Through a mixed-methods approach combining survey data from 500 participants and in-depth interviews, this study identifies both beneficial and detrimental effects of social media engagement on adolescent mental health.
